2. I’ve got a parcel of land that I’m looking at developing. Is sanitary sewer available for my site?: Please call the office at 219.462.1161. We will be able to check our sewer maps for the location of your property.

3. Where can I get a current Valparaiso street or zoning map?: Current Valparaiso street and zoning maps are available for purchase at the clerk treasurer’s window in City Hall, 166 Lincolnway (the old post office building in downtown Valparaiso). Small wall maps are $2, paper booklets are $2, and 11-inch-by-17-inch Xerox copies are $1. You may also download the Valparaiso City street map and Valparaiso Zoning Map.
