Permit Regulations
All sewer work performed outside your building or home must have a sewer permit reviewed and signed through the city engineer's office. In order to fill out the required permit application, please visit the engineer's office at:

Fees
Inspection fees are $100 per inspection. The fee is to be paid with the filing of the application to expose, repair, abandon, construct, disconnect, clean, alter, plug, or disturb any public or private sanitary sewer main or service. New homes are more involved and are included in the building permit. The connection fee if the building is outside city limits is $350. This is in addition to the connection fee listed below. A Petition for Annexation (in order to maintain correct format, this form must be printed on legal-size paper) is also required.
