Use of City Grounds

Any person/party wanting to use City of Valparaiso grounds must seek approval from the Board of Works.

All online applications MUST be submitted at least 7 days prior to the Board of Works meeting at which the request is to be considered. See below upcoming Board of Works meetings and the calendar of approved Public Assemblies at the Courthouse.

To Request Street Closure, Use of Public Space, Sidewalks or Parking Spaces:

  • Detailed Street Address, Route, Streets, and/or Intersections
  • Map of location, route, streets, and/or intersections for the requested closure
