Property owners, ratepayers and other interested parties in, served by, or to be served by the City of Valparaiso, Indiana, are hereby notified that Ordinance No. 27-2013 establishing rates and charges for services to be rendered by the Valparaiso Municipal Water Utility was introduced at a meeting of the Common Council held on October 28, 2013. At a meeting of the Common Council to be held at 7:00 p.m. (Valparaiso time) on November 25, 2013, at the Valparaiso City Hall, Valparaiso, Indiana, there will be a public hearing on the matter of rates and charges, and consideration of adoption of said Ordinance No. 27-2013.
