purchase a burial plot: |

our office at 462-4612 to set up a time to meet at the cemetery
to choose a plot. |

Upon
your selection, you will receive a description of the plot which
you may take to City Hall or to the funeral home of your choosing. |

If
you are pre-planning, you will pay for your plots at City Hall,
166 W. Lincolnway where you will also receive a deed for the
plot. |

Graves and Burials:

Grave 4' x 12' = $450 (single interment). |

Standard
Burial = $450 for weekdays; $600 after hours and on weekends
or holidays. |

Maximum
headstone width is 3' for a single grave; maximum height is

Cremation
Grave 4' x 6' = $250 (double interment is permitted). |

Burial = $40 for weekdays; $60 on weekends and holidays (per

headstones in cremation section of cemetery are required to
be mounted flush with ground. |

headstone width is 2' per interment. |

planting of trees, shrubs, bushes, plants, or flowers. |

city of Valparaiso is not responsible for theft or vandalism. |
