Certain streets in the City of Valparaiso fall under further requirements for signage.  Those streets that apply are Signature Streets (Division 11.300 Signature Corridor Overlay Districts) under the Unified Development Ordinance).

The following is a list of the streets that are limited to a monument sign only at a maximum height of 6 feet tall:

            Washington Street from U.S. Highway 30 to Lincolnway

Lincolnway from Center Street to LaPorte Avenue and 49 Bypass

Morgan Blvd./Calumet Avenue from Lincolnway to Burlington Beach Road

            49 Bypass from Division Road to 700 North

Highway 149 from Highway 130 to 700 North

U.S. Highway 30 (Morthland Drive) from Joliet Road to Porter/LaPorte County

            700 North from Highway 149 to 49 Bypass

            Vale Park Road from Highway 130 to 49 Bypass

            Calumet Avenue from Burlington Beach Road to 700 North

            Burlington Beach Road from Calumet Avenue to 49 Bypass

            Campbell Street from Lincolnway to 700 North

State Road 2 from 150 West to Morthland Drive
