COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

All communities are continually faced with change. In the face of such change most people wish to be able to have a say in how these changes should occur, because as residents of the community, they have a vested interest in their community's future.

The City of Valparaiso presents its Comprehensive Plan, which will document the strategies of the people as well as the City of Valparaiso to guide the ongoing process of land use planning and development, as well as their efforts to guide such processes in the future.
