Transfers
Transfers allow you to make connections to all parts of the community. Ask for a transfer as you pay your fare. Transfers are free and are good for two hours to continue your trip. You cannot use a transfer to back track along a route you’ve already traveled. For example, if you are traveling on the green route, and transfer to the yellow route, you cannot use the transfer for the next bus traveling back on the green route. Additional fares apply.

To meet the varied demands of our community, the City of Valparaiso has developed five specific services of the V-Line transit: the Green, Yellow, Brown, Orange, and Red lines. Alternative formats are available upon request.
