All city departments involved in the development / permitting review process are represented at meetings.

Applications
Those who wish to present at a Site Review meeting must first submit an application. Printed applications should be submitted to the Valparaiso clerk-treasurer at:

Online applications can be emailed to Site Review. Each presentation is scheduled for half an hour. There can be up to four presentations per Site Review agenda. Eleven sets of plans must be submitted one week prior to the scheduled date, or the presentation will be removed from the schedule. For scheduling or question / concerns, please contact the Planning Department at 219.462.1161.
