In conjunction with various city departments, the Project and Facility Management Department develops, monitors, and administers ongoing city improvement projects.

City Projects
The City of Valparaiso's facilities and infrastructure are continually undergoing needs assessments. Projects are developed based on funding. These include varying scales and types of improvements.

Project Coordination
Project coordination is provided by the department for contractors as well as for in-house projects.
