Pavilion Features
The enclosed, 5,000-square-foot Butterfield Family Pavilion at Old Fairgrounds Park offers plenty of space for wedding receptions, graduation parties, group meetings, and entertainment needs. Features include handicap-accessible restrooms, a kitchen equipped with sink, refrigerator, and stove, and a seating capacity of 250.

Season
The pavilion is a seasonal building that is open from April 15 to October 15 (approximately). Guests are advised to dress appropriately for the weather.

Reservation Information
The pavilion may be reserved up to two years in advance. Prices include table and chair set-up for up to 250 and includes use of the kitchen. A non-refundable payment for pavilion reservations is due when making the reservation.  Reservations are one day beginning at 9:00 am and ending at 12 midnight.  Fees are $325 for residents and $350 plus tax for non-residents.

Want to set up the day before your reservation? We now offer a discounted early set-up fee on Monday through Friday only. You may have access to the pavilion at 4:00 pm CT the day before your reservation for only $75 plus tax. This fee only applies with a fully paid primary reservation.

All rental fees are subject to Indiana sales tax. For reservation information, call the parks office at 219.462.5144, or register online.
