SEWER PERMITS
All
sewer work must have a sewer permit reviewed and signed through the City
Engineer's Office. You will have
to visit the Engineer's Office in order to fill out the combined Sewer
/ Erosion / Right-of-Way Permit.
Inspection Fee: $100.00 per inspection (to be paid with the filing of the application to expose, repair, abandon, construct, disconnect, clean, alter, plug, or disturb any public or private sanitary sewer main or service). New homes are more involved and are included in the building permit.
Connection Fee if outside City Limits: $350.00. This is over and above the connection fee listed below. A petition for annexation is also required. Click here to view / print down a copy of the petition for annexation (PDF format).
