The City of Valparaiso is now working with the consulting group The LandPlan LLC to enhance and improve the appearance of the downtown Valparaiso area.

The areas included in the proposed enhancement project include from (East / West) Napoleon Street to Morgan Blvd. and from (North / South) Jefferson Street to Indiana Avenue.

As part of the proposed enhancement project, the city of Valparaiso submitted the Downtown Transportation Enhancement Project to NIRPC for possible funding. Click here to view / print down NIRPC's reply to the city's funding request (PDF file).
