In March of 2003, the downtown newsletter, "It's All Downtown," made its debut in Valparaiso.  The newsletter is produced through a partnership between the City and the Valparaiso Community Festivals and Events (VCFE) office.  Also new to Downtown are Rio's Country Club, a golf store and Buffalo Wild Wings.

This newsletter is written to keep you "in the know" about happenings and interesting facts in our downtown. The newsletter committee understands that knowing more about one another will enable each of us. Connecting … learning… growing… is all vital to our active downtown.
