The Valparaiso City Utilities Customer Service Office at 205 Billings Street will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. and all day on Thursday, Dec. 25, 2014 for the Christmas holidays. The office will also be closed on Thursday, Jan. 1, 2015 in observance of New Year's Day.
