Third Dash route to be added September 20th

Good afternoon,
I am happy to announce we will be adding a third Dash route back to our schedule beginning September, 20 2021. As we look forward to more passengers returning to work and travel to Chicago. We will be adding a 6:30 am departure in the mornings from Valpo station. The return route will start at 4:30 pm from Michigan and Randolph, 4:40 pm at LaSalle and Wacker and 4:50 pm at 350 Clark street. This now gives you the option of 3 route times in the morning 6:00 am,6:30 am and 7:00 am departures from Valpo. Our return afternoon routes will begin at 4:00 pm, 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm starting at Michigan and Randolph. 4:10,4:40 and 5:10 from LaSalle and Wacker and 4:20, 4:50 and 5:20 from 350 Clark street.
As we look forward to returning to our full schedule of Dash routes we hope this additional route offers more flexibility for your schedules every day. With the South Shore Connect continuing to operate in a full schedule for the off hours of the Dash as scheduled around the south shore line train schedules.
As a reminder face coverings are required on all public transit vehicles through January 18 2022. This is a federal mandate for all modes of public transportation. Thank You for your cooperation.
