It is the City of Valparaiso's desire to ensure that every rider has the opportunity to provide feedback on our services. While we strive to provide the best service possible, if you have had a less than satisfactory experience we want to hear about it. There are several different ways to provide feedback, so please take a second to look over a few of the different ways listed in the sidebar where you can report to us.
The ChicaGO Dash and V-Line are public services established to meet the needs of the greater Valparaiso community. As such, we desire your feedback anytime regarding our service. If you have input you would like submit please complete the Rider Feedback Form.
If you have a less than satisfactory experience involving the ChicaGo Dash, please let us know so that we can work to prevent it from happening again. There are a few options for submitting complaints: General, ADA, and Title VI. If you do not know which complaint option best suits your situation, follow the instructions for General complaints.
