Applications may be picked up at City Hall, 166 Lincolnway, or may be printed off the website (Click Here for Application). Return completed applications to City Hall, Attn: Planning Department. Applications must be turned into City Hall before 4:30 PM CST by the deadlines found in the application packet.

Correspondence Regulations
In accordance with Indiana Code 36-7-5-930 (g), a person may not communicate with any member of the Board of Zoning Appeals before the hearing with intent to influence the member’s action on a matter pending before the board. However, the staff (as defined in the Zoning Ordinance) may file with the board a written statement setting forth any facts or opinions relating to the matter not less than five days before the hearing. Any and all correspondence must include your name, address, and telephone number and should be sent to Planning Department at:
